The heater is an essential part of each cold spray system.
Heating up the gas to moderate temperatures is
increasing the flow ability and ends up
in a significant increased velocity of the gas.

Heaters are available with 17 KW and 30 KW.
The selection of the Model is based on the used Gas
and the max required temperature at the gun.
The 17 KW Model is used to heat up
70 m³/h of Nitrogen to 450°C at the gun.
The 30 KW Model can do
160 m³/h of helium at 550°C temperature.
